Hi Liz,
Tipping is a delicate thing. I get upset when people don't tip well for good service. (Some people never tip well) Obviously though, bad service warrants less of a tip. I always leave at least 20% if the waiter/waitress does the job with a good attitude. Even if I have to wait for food,(the waitress can't always help that) cheerfulness is the big thing.
